Like that herpes sore on your lip, Jennifer Lawrence’s career is blowing up. The 19-year-old actress has been garnering rave reviews since Sundance for her performance in the award-winning indie-drama Winter’s Bone.
Lawrence is now set to headline A Bigger Boat’s new frightener House at the End of the Street with costar Max Thieroit (My Soul to Take).
Directed by Mark Tonderai (Hush), the film’s story revolves around a teen girl (Lawrence) who discovers that the house across from her new home was the scene of a double murder. Things complicate further when she befriends the murdered family’s surviving son (Thieriot).
Production on the film begins in July in Ottawa.
But, in the meantime, you can stroke your own winter’s bone (yea, I went there) to Lawrence in the following Esquire video:
Other celebs on hand included Robert Downey Jr., “True Blood’s” Mehcad Brooks, producer Joel Silver, skateboarder Tony Hawk, and Kenny G. (who looks like Brody in a bad wig).

Splice stars Adrien Brody and Sarah Polley as ethically-compromised geneticists who successfully splice human and animal DNA to create a hybrid female named Dren.
The Broken Bells have released a music video for their song “The Ghost Inside,” starring “Mad Men’s” Christina Hendricks.
The sci-fi themed video follows a busty android (Hendricks) looking to retire at an intergalactic resort community after having spent years doing android-ey things.
Take a look:
Hmm. I like the concept. And, the production looks very cool. However, there are a couple of changes that I feel would benefit the video tremendously, namely replacing that gay-ass song with something by Slayer or Rob Zombie and putting Hendricks’ giant breasts in a tiny sling-bikini.
Personally, I don’t understand why the Broken Bells would keep Hendrick’s rack under wraps? This would never happen in a Motley Crue video. Fuck the Bells!
