Universal Pictures has released a final trailer for Other Mommy, a big-screen adaptation of Josh Malerman’s “Incidents Around the House novel,” starring Jessica Chastain as an eight-year-old girl’s MILFy mom—and her evil doppelganger.

Chastain, 49, is coming into her GILF years nicely. Her figure is banging and she’s totally hot despite the creepy clown smile she’s perfected for the film. The Oscar-winner also has a notable list of fright flicks under her belt, including Guillermo del Toro’s Crimson Peak and Andy Muschietti’s IT Chapter Two and Mama.

Rob Savage (Boogeyman) directs the supernatural thriller for Atomic Monster and Blumhouse. It arrives in theaters Oct. 9.
