If you think you know what to expect when you’re expecting, director Bryan Coyne and actress/producer/horror babe Jessica Cameron have got news for you: that ain’t a bundle of joy in your belly; it’s a monster… and not the the kind that grows up to hate you because you didn’t buy them the right pair of kicks, but the fang-y, eat-you-alive kind.

Utero stars Cameron as an agoraphobic single mom who believes her unborn child is “more monster than human.” Posted below is the film’s poster, and it is gross and terrifying and… makes me hope they show how it was conceived. I’m guessing a drunken night in Tijuana.
