Somebody get a nurse! A teaser trailer has gone online for Return to Silent Hill, a second sequel in the Silent Hill franchise from original director Christophe Gans (Brotherhood of the Wolf), in theaters Jan. 23, 2026.

Based on Konami’s Silent Hill 2 video game, the film stars Hannah Emily Anderson as Mary Shepherd-Sunderland, the hot and missing soulmate who beckons her husband back to the town of Silent Hill, where they vacationed before she was diagnosed with a terminal disease.

Anderson made her feature film debut in Jigsaw, the eighth installment in the SAW series, after starring in Lifetime’s “Lizzie Borden Took an Ax.” Other notable creds include X-Men: Dark Phoenix, What Keeps You Alive, and season one of USA’s “Purge” series.
