Paramount Pictures has released a trailer for Scream 7, the latest entry in the unstoppable fright franchise launched in 1996 by master of horror Wes Craven and screenwriter Kevin Williamson, who returns to direct.
At this point in the series, we have no idea what’s going on. We only know that Sidney (Neve Campbell) is apparently immortal, having now starred in six of the seven films. But maybe she finally passes the torch in the new sequel, since stunner Isabel May—of the “Yellowstone” prequel series “1883”—co-stars as her hot daughter.
Monica Raymund (“Chicago Fire”) has been tapped to star alongside Jay Hernandez (Hostel) and Raymond Cruz (“Breaking Bad”) in Warner Bros.’ Revenge of La Llorona, the long-awaited sequel to the 2019 hit The Curse of La Llorona.
Directed by Santiago Menghini (No One Gets Out Alive) from a script by Sean Tretta (“Mayans M.C.”), the follow-up finds La Llorona tormenting a hot mom (Raymund) and her troubled family who must reach out to their estranged grandfather—Cruz reprising his curandero role—to kick her culo.
Raymund is best known for her role as firehouse paramedic Gabriela Dawson across NBC dramas “Chicago Fire,” “Chicago P.D.,” and “Chicago Med.” Revenge of La Llorona marks her major movie debut.
A final trailer for 20th Century Studios’ Predator: Badlands has gone online. Helmed by Prey director Dan Trachtenberg, the standalone film is the eighth entry in the long-running franchise, and arrives in theaters on Nov. 7.
Badlands introduces a young Predator as its protagonist and follows him on a mission with Elle Fanning by his side. Fanning was rumored to be playing hot twins, but appears to be a hot Weyland-Yutani synthetic, like Bishop in Aliens and Andy in Alien: Romulus, connecting the Predator and Alien franchises.
Everything about the film looks amazing except for the Predator’s design, which looks like some rap hopeful on SoundCloud.
Alliance Home Entertainment has set an Oct. 14 digital and home video release date for MAR.IA, an erotic sci-fi thriller from Argentinean directors Gabriel Grieco and Nicanor Loreti.
Described as Terminator meets I Spit on Your Grave, the film stars Daria Panchenko as a missing porn star who resurfaces as a vengeful AI-driven feminist out to punish men for her mistakes.
Daisy Ridley (Star Wars: The Force Awakens) continues to awaken the force inside our pants in a new zombie frightener from director Zak Hilditch (1922), titled We Bury the Dead.
Slated for release Jan. 2, the film stars Ridley as a hot chick who joins a body retrieval unit in an attempt to find her missing husband after a military experiment goes fubar. Unfortunately, she discovers the undead instead.
