Millennium has released a trailer for Stonehearst Asylum, a psychological thriller based on the 1945 Edgar Allan Poe story “The System of Doctor Tarr and Professor Fether.” Previously titled Eliza Graves, the film is directed by Brad Anderson (The Call) and written by Joe Gangemi (Wind Chill).

Kate Beckinsale toplines the film as a patient at a mental institute overrun by inmates posing as doctors. Jim Sturgess plays a med school graduate who arrives at the facility to work, but falls so hard for Beckinsale he doesn’t notice he’s surrounded by psychos.
