There are no flying sharks or cows, but New Line Cinema’s Into the Storm looks pretty damn promising as a disaster flick. Sure some of the graduating coeds in the new trailer could have lost their robes and underthings to the winds, but this is only director Steven Quale’s second feature film. Cut him some slack!

Written by John Swetnam (Evidence), Into the Storm stars “The Walking Dead’s” Sarah Wayne Callies (Rick Grimes’ annoying and adulteress wife, Lori) as a meteorologist teamed up with a storm chaser during a series of violent twisters in an Oklahoma town.
