Phase 4 Films has set a Sept. 6 limited theatrical release date for Duane Graves and Justin Meeks’ Butcher Boys, a cannibalistic thriller written by original Texas Chainsaw Massacre scribe Kim Henkel, starring Twilight Saga alumna Ali Faulkner.

The synopsis reads:

A birthday celebration at an upscale restaurant sets in motion events that bring a group of friends face to face with the macabre world of cannibals, the Butcher Boys. The Butcher Boys are international predators who deal in human ­flesh – dead or alive.

Faulkner is coming off Matthew Spradlin’s big-screen adaptation of his and Barry Wernick’s comic book “Bad Kids Go to Hell.” She is best known for her portrayal of bad speller and Volturi secretary Bianca in Twilight: Breaking Dawn — Part One.

Butcher Boys will be made available on home video and VOD on Oct. 8.
