Looking to Escape? Experience ‘The Purge: Breakout’

The-Purge-Anarchy

Imagine one night a year when all crime is legal for 12 hours, allowing people to rape, pillage, murder, and double-park to their heart’s content. What would you do? Kill your boss? Loot a new TV? Bum-rush Kate Upton’s home with a tube of KY Warming gel and a camera?

No, you wouldn’t do any of those things. Like most pain and death fearing people, you’d cower at home waiting for daylight. Don’t believe it? Then check out The Purge: Breakout attraction, touring across the country to promote the Universal Pictures and Blumhouse Productions sequel The Purge: Anarchy.

The Purge: Breakout is an interactive experience in which peeps are taken hostage 30-minutes before the annual Purge, and must work together to escape the madman responsible. The attraction kicks off in Atlanta on May 30 and wraps in Los Angeles July 11-20. Click here for additional cities and dates.

Blumhouse founder Jason Blum says:

Our goal with The Purge: Breakout is to bring the universe of The Purge films directly to the audience. This experience allows fans across the county the chance to immerse themselves in the intricate world that the series’ writer-director, James DeMonaco, has so painstakingly crafted. We hope that they enjoy being scared out of their minds.

Having experienced Blumhouse’s The Purge: Fear the Night Halloween event last year, we are more than certain the new attraction is going to be insane. To read our Fear the Night review, go here.

The Purge: Anarchy arrives in theaters on July
