Freddy’s back.

Production wrapped over the summer on Platinum Dunes reboot of the Wes Craven classic A Nightmare on Elm Street. Directed by Samuel Bayer, A Nightmare on Elm Street stars Jackie Earle Haley as the iconic child molester/murder Freddy Kruger and Rooney Mara as his foil Nancy Thompson. Check it out:

Hey, where’s the phone kiss? I’ve got big hopes for this. Jackie Earle Haley is the only good thing about the snooze-fest that is Watchmen and his turn as child molester Ronnie J. McGorvey in the 2006 drama Little Children was downright chilling.
