Jackie Earle Haley is set to become the man of your dreams come April 30. The 48-year-old actor portrays iconic child molester/killer Freddy Krueger in Platinum Dunes reboot of the 1984 Wes Craven classic A Nightmare on Elm Street. Haley garnered rave reviews from Watchmen fans for his portrayal of Rorschach in Zack Snyder’s excruciatingly dull movie adaptation. He also scored an Oscar nomination for his role as convicted child molester Ronnie McGorvey in the 2006 drama Little Children. Needless-to-say, I think we’re in good hands with Haley as Krueger.
