CBS has released the first full-length trailer for “Under the Dome,” a 13-episode miniseries produced by Steven Spielberg and Stephen King, and based on King’s post-apocalyptic novel of the same name. The show is directed by Niels Arden Oplev (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) and premieres June 24.
“Under the Dome” follows the havoc caused by a mysterious force field that drops over the small New England town of Chester Mill.
Cast includes Brittany Robertson (”Secret Circle”), Aisha Hinds (”True Blood”), Natalie Martinez (”CSI: New York”), Rachelle Lefevre (Twilight), Jeff Fahey (“LOST”), Collin Ford (”Supernatural”), Mike Vogel (Cloverfield) and Dean Norris (”Breaking Bad”).
Anchor Bay and Cinetel Films’ have released the first image from I Spit On Your Grave 2, a sequel to Steven R. Monroe’s 2010 remake of Meir Zarchi’s controversial 1978 rape-revenge thriller. The photo finds new star Jemma Dallender ready to jump one of her assailant’s bones… with jumper cables.
I Spit On Your Grave 2 follows aspiring model Jessica (Dallender) as she’s lured to a photo shoot in New York only to be raped, tortured and taken to a foreign country where she endures more horrors before being buried alive and left to die. She miraculously survives and sets out to make male moviegoers uncomfortable.
The sequel wrapped production late last year and is slated for a fall 2013 release. Monroe returns to helm the project, scripted by Chain Letter scribe Thomas Fenton. Dallender is a newcomer whose credits include the U.K. indie frightener Community and a recurring role on Britain’s sexy school girl soap “Hollyoaks.”
Monroe’s I Spit On Your Grave starred newcomer Sarah Butler as Jennifer Hill, a young novelist on a mission to maim, dismember, and murder the men who brutally and repeatedly raped her while on holiday in the woods. The film grossed just under $100,000 in its limited theatrical run, but was a hit on home video.

Photos of Megan Fox on the set of Paramount Pictures’ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have gone online. The shots were taken today in New York and show Fox as reporter April O’Neil jumping on a trampoline while decked out in black leggings and a skintight lavender top.
Fox is also seen hanging out with co-star and “Arrested Development” star Will Arnett while wearing O’Neil’s signature yellow jacket, black jeans and boots.
TMNT was first published as a comic by Mirage Studios in 1984 and centers on four turtles that mutate into humanoids after being exposed to radioactive slime. A giant rat trains them in martial arts and they become crime fighters.
TMNT is produced by Michael Bay and directed by Jonathan Liebesman. The Turtles are played by Alan Ritchson (Raphael)), Jeremy Howard (Donatello), Noel Fisher (Michelangelo) and Pete Ploszek (Leonardo). The film opens June 6, 2014.
Showtime has released a behind-the-scenes featurette titled “From Cop to Killer” to promote the final season of its hit serial killer drama “Dexter,” premiering June 30.
The clip examines Debra Morgan’s (Jennifer Carpenter) rise in Miami homicide and what appears to be her imminent downfall now that she has committed murder to protect her brother Dexter (Michael C. Hall).
HBO has released the first official trailer for season six of its popular vampire soap “True Blood,” premiering June 16. While the show’s plot has gone off the rails and the characters become more whacky, it still fun enough for those of us who like a little nudity with our gore.

Relativity Media’s Crow reboot may finally get off the ground. Deadline reports that Clash of the Titans and Immortals star Luke Evans is in final negotiations to topline the film as Eric, the tragic antihero created by comic book artist James O’Barr in 1989.
A film adaptation starring Brandon Lee was first produced in 1994 to big success. Unfortunately, a tragic prop gun accident claimed Lee’s life on the set. Actor Vincent Perez took over the role in 1996’s The Crow: City of Angels. The sequel proved to be a turkey and he returned to French cinema.

American Mary and Ginger Snaps star Katharine Isabelle is set to topline Spanish studio Filmax’s Torment. She’ll co-star with “Sanctuary” actor Robin Dunne in the Jordan Barker (The Marsh) directed home-invasion thriller.
Written by Michael Foster, Torment follows a family of three as they discover that they are not alone during what was supposed to be a quiet family getaway. Production on the film kicked off this week. Filmax is the studio behind the international hit franchise Rec.

A sales trailer has gone online for writer and director Stephen Sommers’ adaptation of Dean Koontz’s Odd Thomas, starring Anton Yelchin (Fright Night), Willem Dafoe (Antichrist), Addison Timlin and Addison Timlin’s breasts (“Californication”).
Odd Thomas is a short-order cook (Yelchin) who can speak with the dead and identify evil forces. When a mysterious man arrives in his small California town, Thomas is convinced that doom accompanies the stranger. Caught in the mix are his girlfriend (Timlin) and the local police chief (Dafoe).
