leprechaun-origins

WWE Studios has released a trailer for Leprechaun: Origins, its reboot of the Leprechaun franchise first launched in 1993 with a then unknown Jennifer Aniston in the lead role, and creatively peaking with Leprechaun In the Hood, starring Ice T.

Leprechaun: Origins is directed by Zach Lipovsky (Tasmanian Devils) and stars Stephanie Bennett (Grave Encounters 2), Melissa Roxburgh (Diary of a Wimpy Kid), Andrew Dunbar (Battlestar Galactica: Razor), Brendan Fletcher (Freddy vs. Jason), and WWE star Dylan “Hornswoggle” Postl as the Leprechaun.

Lionsgate will release Leprechaun: Origins on VOD Aug. 26 and on DVD and Blu-ray Sept. 30. Unlike the inspired Leprechaun In the Hood and Leprechaun In Space, the new flick appears to be more sinister… we love that, and hope it accomplishes what Curse of Chucky did.

“Because everything is like Terminator.”

Craig Robinson and Clark Duke return once again to their Hot Tub Time Machine to save their buddy Rob Corddry from a fatal shotgun blast to the dick. Paramount Pictures releases the sequel on Christmas Day.

We admit… Hot Tub Time Machine 2 is a stretch to include on Clatto, but it does involve time travel and boobs, including those by stunner Christine Bently (Shark Night, Ghost of Goodnight Lane). It also looks hilarious.

‘Walking Dead’ Season 5 Trailer Arrives, Things Get Worse!

beth-greene

AMC has set an Oct. 12 premiere date for season five of “The Walking Dead.” Judging by its intense three minute-plus trailer, Rick Grimes and the gang will come to an arrangement with their captors at Terminus… temporarily at least.

The trailer also previews some freaky new walkers and teases the return of Beth Greene, who appears to also be stuck with a hostile group of folks. According to producers, the show will get darker this season, which is great because it’s just been a barrel of laughs thus far!

Showrunner Scott M. Gimple said:

Once they lost the prison and Hershel, all bets were off. They did find out that you can’t come back from the things you’ve done. This season is going to define these characters.

Nestor-Carbonell-Bates-Motel

Checking into A&E’s “Bates Motel” can be an intense experience, one that will only get more so in the show’s upcoming third season if producers are to be believed. If you’ve seen the first two seasons, that promise is enough to make you go a little mad with anticipation.

Producers/creators Carlton Cuse and Kerry Ehrin credit the show’s success to it’s cast, and have released audition footage to show how farĀ  Freddie Highmore, Vera Farminga Farmiga, Olivia Cooke, and Max Thieriot have come with their characters—no one more so than Nestor Carbonell (he was on “LOST”).
