“Yellowjackets” standout Sophie Thatcher leads Her Private Hell, a serial killer drama marking director Nicolas Winding Refn first feature since The Neon Demon a decade ago, in theaters July 24 from Neon.

Thatcher stars as one of several hot actresses gathered at a luxurious hotel to shoot a Barberella-like film, while a lunatic dubbed Leather Man stalks and kills them.

Thatcher first won over horror fans playing a young Regan MacNeil in Fox’s criminally underrated and short lived sequel series “The Exorcist.” She co-starred in Disney’s terrible “Book of Bobba Fett, but finally found her breakthrough role as troubled, high school soccer player Natalie Scatorccio on Paramount + w/ Showtime’s “Yellowjackets.”

On the big screen, Thatcher made her debut opposite Pedro Pascal (“Last of Us”) in the sci-fi drama Prospect and starred in the 2023 adaptation of Stephen King’s Boogeyman, A24’s Heretic, and in the final chapter of Ti West’s porn psycho story MaXXXine. She shined brightest in last year’s sci-fi thriller Companion.
