“Humans” and Crazy Rich Asians starlet Gemma Chan is joining the cast of Olivia Wilde’s Don’t Worry Darling, the directorial followup to her acclaimed debut Booksmart.
The psychological thriller stars Florence Pugh (Midsommar) as a 1950s housewife suffering a breakdown that threatens to unleash a less domesticated version of herself. Wild and Chris Pine co-star. No word on Chan’s role.
Chan is best known for her starring role as a hot robot servant on the AMC sci-fi series “Humans.” Her big screen creds include Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Transformers: The Last Knight, Captain Marvel, the underrated indie thriller Exam, and hit rom-com Crazy Rich Asians.
Sony Pictures has released a trailer for Blumhouse’s unexpected sequel tothe 1996 teen witch thriller The Craft. Executive produced by original writer/director Andrew Fleming, the new film is written and directed by Zoe Lister-Jones, who also starred in the highly underrated CBS comedy series “Life In Pieces.”
The Craft once again centers on a new girl at school who is recruited by a group of teen misfit witches eager to curse anyone who wrongs them. Regrettably, the new coven is very lacking in the looks department—it’s a missed opportunity surely sacrificed to the gods of woke.
Fortunately, “True Detective” stunner Michelle Monaghan co-stars in the flick as the new witch’s Milf-y mom.
Sony Pictures has released a teaser for its new Milla Jovovich supernatural actioner Monster Hunter, based on the hit Capcom game and starring the Resident Evil stunner as a super-hot beast slayer attempting to survive in an alternate universe ruled by enormous, killer monsters.
Monster Hunter is helmed by Paul W.S. Anderson (Resident Evil) and co-stars Tony Jaa (Ong Bak), Ron Perlman (HellBoy), rap artist T.I., and super hot Meagan Good (Intruder). The film was shot in South Africa on a $60 million budget.
Sucker Punch and “Gotham” stunner Jamie Chung has made her much anticipated nude debut on HBO’s very supernatural series “Lovecraft Country.” Up until now, the show has been chockful of man ass and tranny balls so Chung caliber nudity was a crucial must to save this wayward show.
Chung plays a nursing student in Korea who turns out to be a hot, tentacled man-eater, possessed by a vengeful spirit summoned by her mother to kill her sexually abusive stepdad. She must murder 100 men to be rid of the entity.
Chung first caught our eye with standout roles in Zack Snyder’s criminally underrated Sucker Punch, Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez’s Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, sex trafficking thriller Eden, in-flight frightner 7500, and 2009’s re-imagining of Sorority Row. She’s also co-starred on Fox’s Batman origins series “Gotham” and as Mulan on ABC’s “Once Upon a Time.”
French model Sonia Ammar is set to make her feature film debut in Scream 5, the first sequel to Wes Craven’s meta-horror classic since 2011. She joins a cast that includes returning players Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, and Marley Shelton.
The 21-year-old stunner made a name for herself in 2016 through a string of haughty modeling gigs. No word on what role Ammar will play in Scream 5, but we hope she has enough Hollywood naiveté to end up in a frivolous shower scene.

Disney+ has released a first trailer for season two of The Mandalorian, its hit original Star Wars series from producer, writer, and creator Jon Favreau. Set to premiere Oct. 30, the 2020 Emmy-winning series finds our shiny hero (Pedro Pascal) on an extended baby (Yoda) sitting mission while kicking ass in a galaxy far away.
Directors this season include Jon Favreau (Iron Man), Peyton Reed (Bring It On), Rick Famuyiwa (Dope), actors-turned directors Bryce Dallas Howard and Carl Weathers, the awesome Dave Filoni (“Star Wars: The Clone Wars”), and his fashion twin, superstar helmer, Robert Rodriguez (Desperado).
Warner Bros. has released an epic trailer for director Denis Villeneuve’s (Blade Runner 2049) eagerly anticipated adaptation of novelist Drank Herbert’s bestseller Dune, starring Timothee Chalamet (Lady Bird), Javier Bardem, Jason Momoa, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, and stunners Zendaya and Rebecca Ferguson.
The trailer is eye-popping, the casting impressive, and the story…well, the story seems as dull as the 1984 version. Maybe, if it’s not too late, they could throw in Michael Gross in the cast and have him teach everyone how to fight and flee from them Tremors-looking worms!
Jemma Dallender, the pretty brunette ball-buster from rape/revenge sequel I Spit On Your Grave 2, once again finds herself in a doozy of a dilemma in Cleopatra Entertainment’s Daddy’s Girl. The kinky thriller stars Dallender as an emotionally compromised accomplice in her sadistic stepfather’s brutal murder spree.
Costas Mandylor, revisiting his SAW villainy days, plays Dallender’s stepdad, a vicious predator who uses his hot stepdaughter to lure other young babes back to his dungeon where he makes her watch as he torments and slaughters them.
With its engaging leads, provocative plot, and gruesomeness, Daddy’s Girl looks absolutely riveting and reminds us of Stevan Mena’s awesome Malevolence 2: Bereavement—about a serial killer who abducts a small boy to groom into a monster. Available Sept. 29 on DVD and Oct. 2 on VOD.
Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment have released a new trailer for Wonder Woman 1984, the unexpectedly whimsical sequel to the 2017 blockbuster original, starring Gal Gadot as the Amazonian superhero stunner.
Set in the 80s, the film pits our sexy hero up against The Cheetah (Kristen Wiig), a ridiculous villain who looks like a cross between Cheetos’ Chester Cheetah and something out of last year’s horrendous Cats adaptation. Seriously, the effects look awful.
What doesn’t look awful is, of course, Gadot, who continues to sport the skimpiest costume of today’s prudish heroines. It’s impossible not to think of what is going on underneath that skirt while she jumps, fights, and twirls to save the day and this silly movie.
Margot Robbie returns as Harley Quinn in Warner Bros.’ The Suicide Squad, a reboot of the much maligned 2016 original from once promising director David Ayer. Hollywood degenerate James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy) is now at the helm, a fortunate turn for the studio, following Gunn’s temporary firing by Disney for his string of disturbing pedophile tweets on Twitter.
Robbie, who last played Harley Quinn in the buffoonish and extremely unsexy Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey, is looking much hotter in the new film, described as a gritty 70s war movie, featuring our band of misfit anti-heroes (but her Ayer Suicide Squad boot shorts will be terribly missed).
