Model and sometime actress Adrianne Curry thrilled virgins of all ages at the 2010 Wizard World Comic Con held in Philadelphia last weekend. The 27-year-old Cosplay enthusiast attended the convention outfitted in what I assume is a sexed-up version of Admiral Natasi Daala, an Imperial Navy officer in the Star Wars Expanded Universe.

When not signing autographs, Curry hit the floor to take photographs with some of her favorite Star Wars characters including intergalactic bounty hunter Boba Fett, an Imperial Stormtrooper, Slave Leia, and, of course, Sith Lord Darth Vader.

She tells StarWars.com:

I love Comic-Con! I have a tendency to molest and pester every stormtrooper and Fett who’s unfortunate enough to cross my path. I possess a bit of an armor fetish.

Curry is best known for being the first winner on the CW network’s reality show “America’s Next Top Model.” She has also starred in the straight-to-DVD thrillers Jack Rio and Fallen Angels.

Universal Studios Orlando held a grand-opening celebration for its new $200 million-plus attraction The Wizarding World of Harry Potter on Wednesday night. The event included a fireworks display over Hogwarts castle set to music from all six Harry Potter films, performed live by legendary composer John Williams (Star Wars, Jaws) and the Orlando Symphony Orchestra.

Among the franchise suits in attendance were the film’s stars Daniel Radcliffe, Tom Felton, Rupert Grint, Bonnie Wright, Michael Gambon, Mathew Lewis, twins Oliver and James Phelps, Warwick Davis, and Potter creator and author J.K. Rowling.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter features attractions, shops, and restaurants themed after the Potter films.

Rides include the Dragon Challenge, a twin high-speed roller coaster set to a Triwizard Tournament backdrop, Flight of the Hippogriff, a family coaster set to simulate a Hippogriff training flight over Hogwarts Castle, and the state-of-the-art interactive attraction Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, located inside Hogwarts castle.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter opens to the public on June 18.

The first trailer for 20th Century Fox and Walden Media’s adaptation of Christian author C.S. Lewis’ third Chronicles of Narnia novel, Voyage of the Dawn Treader, has hit the web.

The eagerly anticipated sequel finds Edmund (Skandar Keynes) and Lucy Pevensie (Georgie Henley), along with their cousin Eustace Scrubb (Will Poulter), joining Prince Caspian (Ben Barnes) and his noble mouseketeer Reepicheep (Eddie Izzard) on a high seas mission to find Narnia’s seven lost Lords.

Voyage of the Dawn Treader is directed by Michael Apted (Nell, Gorky Park) and features Liam Neeson as the voice of Asian, the Lion creator of Narnia.

The first two films in the Narnia saga, 2005’s The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe and 2008’s The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian, were distributed by Walt Disney Films.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader arrives in theaters in digital 3-D this Christmas.

Warner Bros. have released a new two-and-a-half minute trailer for its upcoming fantasy-adventure Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole. The film is directed by Zack Snyder (300, Watchmen) and features the voices of Jim Sturgess, Sam Neil, Hugo Weaving, Helen Mirren, Geoffrey Rush, Abbie Cornish, Emilie De Ravin, and “True Blood’s” Ryan Kwanten.

Guardians of the Ga’Hoole is the best-selling 14-book series by children’s author Kathryn Lasky. It tells the story of a young orphaned barn owl named Soren and his quest to escape a group of war-mongering owls by seeking refuge on the island of Ga’Hoole among wise and virtuous owls. The film adaptation is based on the first three volumes in the series: The Capture, The Journey, and The Rescue.

Legend of the Guardians is produced by Warner Bros./Village Roadhouse and Oscar-winning Australian animation house Animal Logic (Happy Feet).

The film arrives in theaters on Sept. 24.

Showtime has announced the casting of Puerto Rican actress April Lee Hernandez as Miami Metro’s new detective on season 5 of its serial-killer series “Dexter.” Hernandez joins Julia Stiles, Maria Doyle Kennedy, and Shawn Hatosy as one of the show’s newest faces.

Hernandez, who reportedly refers to herself as a “strong Latina woman (translation: loud & hairy),” is best known for playing tough chick roles, such as that of Eva Benitez (pictured above) in the inner-city-high-school drama Freedom Writers.

In other words, she’s no Julie Benz. But, I wouldn’t worry. If Michelle Rodriguez can clean up this well, there’s hope that Hernandez will surprise us when the show returns in the fall.

“True Blood’s” newest fang-banger Natasha Alam is set to glam our penises in the July issue of Playboy magazine. The 27-year-old actress/model will be featured on the cover and inside in an eight-page spread.

Born in Uzbekistan (try finding that on your RISK board), Alam has been toiling around Hollywood for over five years, guest starring on numerous TV shows, the most memorable of which found her playing a tranny night-clubber on HBO’s “Entourage.”  She also starred in Diane English’s 2008 remake of The Women, in which she kissed and felt-up actress Eva Mendez.

Alam’s role on HBO’s vampire-drama “True Blood,” however, is providing the actress’s career with its biggest buzz. And, for good reason. Alam’s character Yvette, a new stripper at Eric Northman’s (Alexander Skarsgard) Fangtasia nightclub, was introduced to viewers while nude, shackled, and fucked in last week’s season 3 premiere “Bad Blood.”

The scene (opposite Skarsgard) marked her first ever nude on-camera performance.

She tells Playboy:

I’d never done nudity. I had to overcome a few things in my head to do it. Then here comes Alexander Skarsgard. He drops his robe, and he’s not wearing a sock — nothing. He’s just totally out there, walking around as if nothing’s going on. I was like, ‘If he can do it, I can do it.’

Alam goes on to discuss both her acting and modeling careers, lesbian tendencies (she had a girlfriend once), and her former marriage to the Shah of Iran’s grandson.

The July issue of Playboy arrives on June 18 and includes an interview with “True Blood’s” lead vamp Stephen Moyer.

The Warner Bros. promo-machine is hard at work this week as its supernatural-western Jonah Hex arrives in theaters on Friday for a showdown with cowboy Woody and his Toy Story 3 posse. While smart money says Hex will most likely bite the dust, the film may have a shot in the dark in its star Megan Fox.

Fox, whose acting chops are often poo-pooed on by snobby film critics and fat chicks, goes the extra mile in Hex to play sexy, hatchet-wielding prostitute Leila. The 23-year-old stunner even went as far as to wear a corset cinched to give her an 18-inch waist.

She tells MTV News:

At the end of the day, when we would take [the corset] off, though, it would leave these deep grooves, these deep indents, from the boning in the corset and I would have it for like the whole next day.

The whole 24 hours I would be imprinted with the corset because it hurts your ribs.

We got it down to 18 inches, but in the action scenes we loosened it up [to 20-inches] because everyone was afraid I would pass out if we had it that tight.

Originally introduced in 1977 by DC Comics, Jonah Hex is a former Confederacy-officer-turned-outlaw-bounty-hunter looking to earn his freedom by helping the U.S. military stop a diabolical madman and his army of evil.

Jonah Hex costars Josh Brolin, John Malkovich, Will Arnett, Michael Shannon, David Jensen, Natacha Itzel, Brandi Coleman, Michael Fassbender, and Aidan Quinn.

Images from the Robert Rodriguez produced Predators reboot have hit the web. Unlike previously leaked photos of lead actor Adrien Brody eating a burrito, these shots showcase the predator creatures in detail and provide a look at some of the stars in action.

Predators is directed by Nimrod Antal and stars Adrien Brody, Laurence Fishburne, Walton Goggins, Topher Grace, Danny Trejo and Alice Braga.

The film opens on July 9.

Tyrese Gibson, the actor who plays the black guy in Paramount Pictures’ Transformers franchise, is reportedly upset over the departure of leading lady Megan Fox.

A former fashion-model himself, Gibson held no punches when asked how he felt about Victoria Secret model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley stepping in for Fox in Transformers 3.

He tells FoxNews.com:

I am sad to see Fox go. I just wish that the original team would have never been broken.

Not wanting to find himself replaced by Don Cheadle, Gibson promised that, despite the casting change, fans will be thrilled by the action in Transformers 3.

He said:

It’s going to be crazy, man. I read the script a couple weeks ago and it’s another level.

Good save, Gibson. Good save.

Disney has reeled in Australian model-turned-actress Gemma Ward to play a mermaid in their upcoming sequel Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.

Ward, along with French actress Astrid Berges-Frisbey, will play sexy sirens out to seduce Capt. Jack Sparrow during his quest to find the Fountain of Youth.

The film marks Ward’s return to the big screen since terrorizing Liv Tyler in the 2008 home-invasion frightener The Strangers.

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides stars Johnny Depp, Geoffrey Rush, Penelope Cruz, and Ian McShane. Rob Marshall, the man behind such lavish productions as Memoirs of a Geisha, Nine, and the Oscar-winning musical Chicago, directs.
