Allison Williams, the only attractive star of HBO’s “Girls,” is set to star in The Perfection, a psychological thriller about two cello prodigies and “a sinister obsession.” The film reunites Williams with “Girls” director Richard Shepard and marks her big screen followup to her horror debut, Get Out.
Shepard said:
It’s truly exciting to be reunited with Allison. Our time together during the six seasons of Girls was amazing. I loved watching her grow as an actress, and a person and I was thinking of her the entire time we were writing this movie. I can’t wait to bring a different side of Allison to the screen.
That sounds great and all, but of all Allison’s sides, we like this one the most:
If you look up or stumble upon the trailer for indie slasher Who’s Watching Oliver, you’ll most likely come across a thumbnail featuring a big boobed Asian girl cuffed and gagged on a table, nude and anguished. If you’re like us, you clicked on it immediately and spent hours trying to figure out who the girl is and what else she’s done for you to jerk off too see.
Well, the girl is Thai model Champagne Nuttanun and she plays an ill-fated prostitute in Who’s Watching Oliver, an award-winning psycho-sexual thriller about an autistic serial killer (Russell Geoffrey Banks) living in Thailand, tormenting and killing women to satiate his demented and sadistic mother’s (Margaret Roche) blood lust.
The holidays are all about family so what better time to catch up with our favorite cannibal clan, the Sawyers, than on Dec. 19 with the Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital release of Leatherfacefrom Lionsgate Home Entertainment. Special features include deleted scenes, an alternate opening and ending, and the featurette, “Behind the Bloody Mask: making Leatherface.”
Leatherface is a prequel to the 1974 classic The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, providing an origins story for its iconic chainsaw-wielding madman – one of four escaped mental inmates who abduct a young nurse, taking her with them on the lam as a pair of twisted Texas Rangers hunt them down on a personal mission of vengeance.
Stunner Jessica Madsen, Sam Coleman, Sam Strike (”EastEnders”), and James Bloor (Dunkirk) play the escaped inmates. Sexy newcomer Vanessa Grasse is the abducted nurse and Finn Jones (”Game of Thrones”) and Stephen Dorff (Blade) are the lawmen.
If the name Autumn Reeser doesn’t get your heart racing, you clearly missed her nude role as a hot waitress giving Antonio Banderas the Big Bangin 2010. After a lengthy run on the small screen in a variety of shows including “Hawaii Five-O” and “Last Resort,” Reeser returns to our genre with Dead Trigger.
Based on the mobile zombie game of the same name, Dead Trigger follows elite military bad-ass Captain Kyle Walker as he leads a squad of amateur zombie killers on a mission to Terminal City to rescue a team of scientists who may have a cure for the viral outbreak plaguing humanity.
Action hero Dolph Lundgren stars as Kyle Walker with Reese co-starring as stunning team member Tara Conlan. No word if she goes nude for the role, but with the world’s population diminishing there’s a need to repopulate and it would be irresponsible for the characters not to stop and get down – just saying, you know, to keep hope alive.
Pop singer Taylor Swift first caught our eye this year playing a living dead girl in her music video “Look What You Made Me Do.” It’s a catchy little diddy with impressive production value, but we just felt the lanky stunner hadn’t earned her genre cred.
This week, that all changed with the release of “Ready For It,” a new music video in which the leggy songstress dons a Ghost In the Shell inspired thermoptic suit, giving the illusion she’s going nude! Scarlett Johansson made it look good in the movie adaptation and Swift stuns on the small screen.
Australian streaming service Stan has released a full length trailer for season two of its series “Wolf Creek,” an adaptation of Greg McLean’s 2005 slasher, starring John Jarratt as colorful outback killer Mick Taylor. POP, a joint venture between entertainment giants CBS and Lionsgate, broadcasts the show in the U.S.
Running six episodes deep, the series finds Mick Taylor terrorizing a bus load of vacationing tourists. Jarratt reprises the role of Taylor. New blood includes Matt Day, Ben Oxenbould, Stephan Hunter, Chris Haywood, Laura Wheelwright (“Animal Kingdom’s”) and Tess Haubrich (Alien: Covenant).
Our review of “Wolf Creek” season one can be read here.
If Mischa Barton (“The O.C.”) and Tara Reid (Sharknado) under the same roof sounds inviting — and it does to us — you’ll wanna visit the Ouija House, a recently wrapped supernatural thriller from Sharknado cinematographer Ben Demaree.
Ouija House tells the story of a graduate student who lures friends to a mysterious house with a paranormal past to help her complete research for a book she hopes will help her downtrodden mom. Things go south quick when they bust out the ouija board. Barton stars as the hot grad student with Reid playing her hot mom in flashbacks.
A trailer has gone online for serial killer drama Hangman. Director Johnny Martin (Delirium) is at the helm with Al Pacino, Karl Urban (Dredd), and Brittany Snow (Pitch Perfect) starring. The film marks Snow’s return to horror since 2012’s Would You rather.
Hangman stars Snow as a crime journalist following a decorated homicide detective (Pacino) and a criminal profiler (Urban) on the trail of a serial killer whose M.O. involves inspiration from the childhood game of Hangman. Guess that’s scarier than Sorry.
Those who thought Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman was a missed opportunity for hot lesbian cosplay would be wise to check out Professor Marston and the Wonder Women, an origins story of the Wonder Woman character based on the true story of its creator and the women who inspired him: his wife and their lover.
Wonder Woman is the creation of William Moulton Marston, a psychologist and champion of women, who invented an early prototype of the lie detector when he created the systolic blood pressure test. His theories on bondage, dominance, and submission surfaced heavily in early Wonder Woman comics.
His wife Elizabeth was a major part of his research as was their lover Olive Byrne. Both women would also inspired Marston when he took to comic book writing and continued to live together long after he died.
Professor Marston and the Wonder Women tells their tale, providing insight into Wonder Woman’s affinity for rope and corsets and providing some of that lesbian heat courtesy of female leads Rebecca Hall and Bella Heathcote (pictured above). Sure, it’s lofty stuff full of artistic merit and whatnot, but it’s also Rebecca Hall and Bella Heathcote doing hot lesbian cosplay!
